This historical biography recounts the life of an exceptional woman with an extraordinary, avant-garde destiny, whose will opposed the established order. She pursued her dreams, made difficult life choices, committed herself with courage and sometimes heroism, going so far as to make enormous sacrifices to preserve her freedom in the service of others. She will encounter the Bahá'í faith during her wanderings, and will even go as far as Saint Jean d'acre in her journey of spiritual research and will be a nurse on 3 continents during two world wars.
