This books responds to the increasing number of books, some written by scientists, that present an atheist view of the world. One can see that they arguing, correctly, against the view presented by traditional religious institutions, but are ignoring the view presented by the founders of religions. This book holds that, however vast and magnificent the universe accessible to science appear to us, it is just a part of the total universe (The Greater Reality), as we have learned from exceptional individuals, such as Moses, Jesus, Muhammad and Bahá'u'lláh (the most recent one). If one considers the words and deeds of these individuals (particularly those of Bahá'u'lláh) one can see that there is unity in their teachings and not the antagonism that exists between the institutions. Likewise one finds that there is a total inconsistency between the reality accessible to science and the reality preached by traditional religious institutions. Whereas there is no room for inconsistency between the reality accessible to science and the Greater Reality revealed by these exceptional individuals.
