In Bahá’u’lláhs Heiligstem Buch, dem Kitáb-i-Aqdas, offenbart Er: „Wir haben wahrlich die Musik zu einer Leiter für Eure Seelen gemacht, zu einem Mittel für ihren Aufschwung in das Reich der Höhe.“ In der Tafel Ayyám-i-Tis‘ih, das die Geburt der Manifestation preist und aus Anlass des 200. Geburtstages Bahá’u’lláhs vertont und hier abgedruckt wurde, heißt es: „Schwinge dich auf mit den Flügeln der Loslösung in die Sphären der Liebe Deines Herrn.
