He served on the New York City Spiritual Assembly for many years. Holley was an author, poet, and editor of _World Order_ and _World Unity_ magazines. The papers consist of correspondence, literary manuscripts, printed matter, photographs and financial records. There is also material relating to the Bahá'í Publishing Committee, Episcopal Church (N.Y. City). There is little materual from 1906-1920 or of Mr. Holley's activities in New York. The Archives has an unpublished inventory.
