Udo Schaefer's Studies on Baha'ism - Ethical Aspects of Scripture is an attempt to present Baha'ism - ethics systematically, to analyze their underlying structures and to track down their inner architecture. The first of the two volumes, Fundamentals, contains a brief account of Baha'iism, a systematic overview of its teachings, of the origin and provenance of moral values. The metaphysical nature of man and his responsibilities are examined, as well as reason and conscience, and freedom and its limits. |
