Il Giovane Principe della Gloria è uno dei titoli utilizzati da Shoghi Effendi in riferimento alla straordinaria figura del Báb. Scritto nell’anno bicentenario della Sua nascita, questo libro narra, come mai era avvenuto prima in lingua italiana, le vicende di questa figura straordinaria, questo Giovane che ebbe “il vigore di rivoluzionare assetti, abitudini, tradizioni e costumi che resistevano all’incalzare del tempo e della modernità e di rimodellare lo spirito e le menti di migliaia di Suoi contemporanei”.<br/><br/>Attraverso queste pagine, frutto di una seria e approfondita ricerca storica cui l’autore ci ha abituati nelle sue pregevoli opere precedenti, ripercorriamo la vita del Báb, dei Suoi primi discepoli, delle lotte e battaglie e delle incredibili prove di fede di questi primi martiri, i primi ad immolare la vita per una Causa il cui percorso verso la rigenerazione spirituale dell’umanità noi stessi oggi ci troviamo a percorrere. |
