| Formatted contents note | Nachdem der Verfasser sich in der Vergangenheit fast ausschließlich mit der spirituellen Seite der Baha´i-Religion befasst hatte, wurde seine Aufmerksamkeit mehr und mehr auf die praktische Seite dieser auch in Deutschland vertretenen Religion geführt. Daher ist der Verfasser der Frage nachgegangen ob die Prinzipien der Baha´i - Religion grundgesetzkonform sind. Dabei steht Deutschland stellvertretend für andere Staaten mit gleichem oder ähnlichem Verfassungssystem. Die Untersuchung zeigt, dass es sich immer lohnt, hinter den äußeren Schein einer Religionsgemeinschaft zu schauen. Erst danach ist eine Bewertung möglich. Das gilt gerade auch für eine Gemeinschaft die aufgrund der dauernden Verfolgungen gegen sie im Iran von den meisten Menschen in Europa grundsätzlich positiv bewertet wird. |

| Formatted contents note | After the author had dealt in the past almost exclusively with the spiritual side of the Baha'i religion, his attention became more and more out on the practical side of this represented in Germany religion. Therefore, the author pursued the question of whether the principles of the Baha'i - Religion are grundgesetz compliant. Here, Germany is representative of other countries with the same or similar constitutional system. The investigation shows that it always pays to look beyond the outer appearance of a religious community. Only after a review is possible. This is true especially for a community that is generally seen as positive because of the lasting persecutions against them in Iran by most people in Europe. |
